Our Advocates will assist you with navigating the different levels of healthcare. We strive to improve continuity of care from one level of care to the next. When the time is right, our advocates can help you with finding long term care services. From assisted living and rehabilitation to homehealth and hospice care, they will partner with you to find the best option.

Insurance safeguarding

PopRN understands that insurance plans can be confusing. Our advocates will help you understand which insurance fits your current healthcare needs. From Medicare and insurance plans, to supplemental and prescription drug plans, our advocates research the options for your coverage.

Concierge plan

If you are interested in having unlimited direct access to your healthcare advocate, without worrying about being billed per incident, ask about PopRN’s concierge plan. In order to make sure clients receive timely responses, PopRN accepts a limited number of clients under this plan.
